1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming for the following reliefs:-
“10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to re-calculate the pensionary VEDPRAKASH DEWANGAN Digitally signed by VEDPRAKASH DEWANGAN Date: 2025.08.05 20:10:30 +0530
2 benefits of the Petitioner by including the entire length of service rendered as a daily wager prior to his regularization dated 21/04/2006, and accordingly revise the pension and gratuity payable to the Petitioner. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to release the differential amount of pension and gratuity along with interest at such rate as deemed just and proper by this Hon'ble Court. 10.3 That any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be granted in favor of the petitioner safeguarding her interest.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had rendered his services as daily wager prior to his regularization dated 21.04.2006, and he is entitled to revise his pension and gratuity on the basis of his order of regularization.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents would submit that to examine the entitlement of the employees with respect to the pension as well as their other departmental dues, the state government has constituted a committee named as “High Power Pension Redressal Committee”, and the petitioner may approach before the committee by filing his detailed representation along with the documents, who shall decide the representation of the petitioner after providing opportunity of hearing to him, in accordance with law, as the factual dispute involved in the case.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to approach before the said High Power Pension Redressal Committee, by filing his representation and the authorities may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within the stipulated time frame.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition.

Considering the issue involved in the case and grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to move his fresh detailed representation along with the copy of this order and relevant documents before the said High Power Pension Redressal Committee within 03 weeks from today, and if such a representation is being made by the petitioner, the same shall be decided within the further period of 90 days, in accordance with law, on its own merits, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
