Mr. Ghosal, learned advocate appearing for the respondent bank through video conferencing, informs that, challenging the order dated 22.04.2025, the alleged violation of which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition, the bank and its functionaries preferred an intra-Court appeal, being FMA 1278 of 2025. The appeal was disposed of by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 1st July, 2026, whereby the order dated 22nd April, 2025 was set aside. The copy of the said order, as produced on behalf of the bank, is taken on record.
