Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties would comply with their respective obligations under the consent terms and would also take requisite steps for registration of the Deed of Assignment. 3. In case of the failure of the parties to comply with the above directions, they would be at liberty to approach the Court. 4. The already scheduled date of 13.02.2025 stands cancelled.
