During the subsistence of the petition, it transpires that the petitioners and the Bank have come to a truce - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9251 WP No. 25328 of 2024 The truce is quid pro quo, as the respondent-Bank is wanting to withdraw the show cause notice, and the petitioners are wanting to make the payment. Therefore, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the payment is made today and the show cause notice would be withdrawn, without brooking any further delay. 3. Based on the said submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petition be disposed as having settled, in the aforesaid manner. 4.
