Varadarajulu Chetty, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Ashok, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL. 2. Sri K. Ashok, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Assistant Engineer, Operation, APSPDCL, Tirupati District along with the copy of the letter of the Writ Petitioner as well as Objection Certificate of Village Revenue Officer dated 17.07.2025 & 02.08.2025 respectively. Copies of the same are also furnished to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same are taken on record. 3. The letter of the Writ Petitioner dated 17.07.2025 would indicate that the Writ Petitioner agreed for erecting electricity poles through a different land and that the Writ Petitioner has also undertaken to pay the differential revised estimates. The said letter would also indicate that the Writ Petitioner has undertaken to ensure that there will not be any objection from any corner while erecting the electricity poles. 4. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, having gone through the letter of the Writ Petitioner dated 17.07.2025, have no objection for disposal of the present Writ Petition in view of the terms and conditions in the undertaking given by the Writ Petitioner in his letter dated 17.07.2025. 5. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Writ Petitioner to adhere to the undertaking given by him in his letter dated 17.07.2025. No Order as to Costs. 6.
