YOGESH TIWARI Digitally signed by YOGESH TIWARI Date: 2025.05.05 19:58:30 +0530 2 2 The petitioner has filed instant petition with the following relief(s):- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court be pleased to insue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned authorities to Decide the representation/appeal which is ANNEXURE P/3 and Application for Conversion which is ANNEXURE P/4 of the petitioner within a specific time frame as ordered by this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may direct the Respective respondents to consider the case in favour of petitioner within a specific time frame as decided by this Hon'ble Court. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court be further Pleased to pass Such order in Favour of the petitioner against the respondent as it may deem fir under the facts and circumstances. 10.4 Costs of the Petition may be allowed.” 3 From perusal of the record, it seems that the petitioner has filed representation/appeal before the competent authority, which was not decided till date. 4 Learned State counsel submits that the representation/appeal of the petitioner will be decided expeditiously. 5 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that the petition has been filed way back on 26.08.2022 and it seems that the representation/appeal filed by the petitioner has yet to be decided, the concerned authority is directed to 3 decide the representation/appeal within a period of 45 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6 With the aforesaid directions/observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
