CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2707 of 2024 ORDER:-
The petitioner filed application under Order XXI Rule 58 CPC, claiming right over the petition schedule property in EP No.28 of 2019 in OS No.199 of 2014, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Parchur. The said application was returned on 28.10.2024 with certain objections. The petitioner claims that she has complied with the objections and re-submitted the same on
01.11.2024. 2.
The executing court again returned the said application on 01.11.2024, on the ground that objection No.2 was not properly complied with. Aggrieved by the same, the present revision petition is filed. 3. On perusal of the record, it is clear that the executing court returned the application filed by the petitioner in EA CFR No.1571 of 2024. The petitioner instead of complying with the said objections, approached this Court by filing the present revision petition. 4. Having regard to the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present

revision petition and accordingly the same is dismissed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner to comply with the objections raised by the executing court in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ JUSTICE T.C.D. SEKHAR
