1. Investigating Officer, Sh. Rakesh Jamwal DSP is present along with Case Diary. He has submitted that the challan in respect of FIR which is the subject matter of the present petition has already been laid before the competent court.
2. By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction upon the respondents to complete the investigation in FIR No. 18/2018 and to present the challan before the competent court expeditiously.
3. In view of the fact that the challan stands already filed, the petition has been rendered infructuous. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
