NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed by the plaintiff under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 11.09.2024 passed on IA No.4 in O.S.No.1543/2024 by the XIX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, whereby temporary injunction order granted in favour of the plaintiff has not been extended and the matter is posted for
consideration of IA No.1.
2. The plaintiff filed a suit for permanent injunction and cancellation of registration of defendant No.3. Along with the plaint, he filed an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC. At the first instance, the trial court granted an ex- parte injunction order, which was continued from time to time. Thereafter, ex-parte injunction order has not been extended. The plaintiff filed an application for extension of the interim order on 28.02.2024, that application came to be dismissed. Being aggrieved by the same, the plaintiff is before this Court.

3. Be that as it may. The matter is now posted for hearing IA No.1 and all the parties are served, the matter is posted on 21.04.2025.
4. In view of the above, the following order is passed: (i) The writ petition is disposed of. (ii) The trial court is directed to hear the parties on 21.04.2025 and dispose of IA No.1, on or before the end of April 2025. (iii) The parties are directed to co-operate for speedy disposal of the application. (iv) The plaintiff is directed not to take any further adjournment.
