RAMALINGESWARA RAO KOCHARLA KOTA THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA C.C.No.4225 of 2024 This Court made the following ORDER: Learned Counsel for Respondents submits that in similar matter a division bench of this Hon’ble Court by its common judgment dt: 05.05.2023 in Writ Appeal Nos.1033, 1036, 1053, 1055/2022 and 174, 258, 259 and 260 of 2023 was pleased to dismiss the W.P.Nos.29640, 29684, 29942, 30133, 30319, 31027, 31027 & 30133 of 2022 were set aside and the claim to enhance the age of the employees from 60 years to 62 years was rejected by this Hon’ble Court and hence, the order impugned in this Contempt Petition cannot be enforced due to the ruling held by the Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court as stated supra. Once the interim order assailed in Contempt Petition is become not enforceable by virtue of law declared by this Court by way of final orders, the Contempt Petition itself would become infructuous and no further orders need to be be passed. . Therefore, recording the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
