Writ Appeal No. 1016 of 2025 is filed against the order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court ih 2025 in W.P.No.23487 of 2025. I.A.No.1 of 3. After hearing these appeals to some extent, this Court expressed its view that we are not inclined to interfere into the reasoned order the learned single Judge. At that juncture, the leaned Advocate passed by General requested this Court that the matter can be remanded to the learned single Judge for consideration after filing the counter-affidavits by the respondents in view of the fact that the interim orders are passed without filing the counter affidavits. Considering the same, in our considered view, remanding the i matter to the learned single Judge to dispose of the writ petitions after giving an opportunity to the respondents therein to file their counter affidavits is just arid necessary. Thereafter, the Writ Petitions shall accordance with law, to meet the interest of justice. be disposed of, in 6 5. Learned Advocate General requested this Court to fix an early date to dispose of the writ petitions^ Normally, Division Benches are not supposed to fix time frame for disposal of the cases by the learned Single Judges. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the urgency expressed by the learned Advocate General the learned Single Judge is requested to consider the request of the parties to dispose of the writ petition, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Appeals are disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
