The present Criminal Revision has been directed against order dated 05.02.2024, vide which respondent was admitted to interim bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Samba [“the trial Court”] in bail application No. 125/Bail, which came to be extended from time to time and made absolute on 01.06.2024. 2. A perusal of the petition reveals that respondent came to be arrested on 13.08.2023 in FIR No. 82/2023 for the alleged commission of offence under Section 306 IPC. On 05.02.2024, the respondent came to be enlarged on interim bail by the trial Court, during which period, investigation was in progress. Subsequently, the investigation culminated in the presentation of final report and bail was made absolute on 01.06.2024. 3. I have gone through the impugned order dated 05.02.2024, a perusal whereof reveals that learned trial Court, having regard to the legal position governing the field, enlarged the respondent on interim bail at the first instance and the same was made absolute only upon the presentation of the charge sheet against the respondent . Sr. No. 46 2 Crl R No. 53/2025 4. I do not find any illegality or impropriety in the impugned order dated 05.02.2024, vide which respondent was admitted to interim bail.
