Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i). That keeping in view of the submissions made here-in- above, that the present Writ Petition may kindly be allowed and the respondents may kindly be directed to release the arrears of revised pay arrears from 01.01.2016 till 30.11.2021 and arrears of revised pension from 1.12.2021 till date the actual payment is made along with 9% interest. 2) That the respondents may kindly be further directed to pay revised gratuity (Death Cum Retirement Gratuity) of the Petitioner, revised leave encashment, commutation of revised 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 pension from 01.01.2016 to 30.11.2021 and arrears of revised pension from 1.12.2021 till the actual payment is made along with rate of 9% rate of interest per annum. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
