Ms. Biswas, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received the OMR sheets in response to the petitioner’s request for information under the Right to Information Act, 2005. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner’s grievances aired in the present writ petition stand redressed. It is noticed that in the last order dated July 17, 2026 it had been recorded that an order dated February 28, 2025 had been passed by the West Bengal Information Commission and copy thereof had been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner on that day, since the said learned Advocate feigned ignorance about such order. 3. Be that as it may, since, it is submitted that the petitioner’s grievances have been redressed, nothing survives to be decided on this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, WPA 4686 of 2025 stands disposed of. 5. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
