Y L SIVAKALPANA REDDY(SC CUM SPL PP,CID) The Court made the following order: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in registering the FIR No. 01 of 2020 on the file of CID Head Quarters Police Station, Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh against the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Article 21 of Constitution of India and in violation of the orders passed by this Hon’ble 2 Court in W.P.No. 21215 of 2019, dt. 26.12.2019 as extended by orders dt.03.01.2020 and accordingly quash said FIR No.01/2020 on the file of CID Head Quarters Police Station, Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh and further direct the respondents not to interfere with the personal liberty of the petitioners and pass such … “ 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State is in attendance. 3. None appeared for the petitioner either physically or through Video Conference, though the matter is posted under the caption “for dismissal”. There was no representation for the petitioner today, as well as on the previous adjournment. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
