No. 91 of 2021 pending on the file of the court of Learned Special Court for Trial of Cases under the SC ST (POA) Act, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District and consequently dispense with the presence of the petitioners No. 3 herein/A3 in the proceedings before the trial Court, except on the dates, as directed by the learned Judge 02. Heard Sri Dommeti Raja Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. 03. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is essentially seeking only a direction for early disposal of the pending case before the trial Court. 04. As seen from the record, petitioner No.3 is arrayed as Accused No.3 in S.C. Spl. No.91 of 2021 pending before the learned Special Court for trial of cases under the SC/ST (POA) Act, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District. In the circumstances, this Court is of the view that the trial Court shall make every endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, without granting adjournments in a casual manner. 05. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
