Present application has been filed for quashment of the proceedings in Regular Criminal Case No. 2507 of 2022 pending before the 5th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad arising out of Crime No. 0249 of 2022 registered with Pundlik Nagar Police Station, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 498- A, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. The parties have arrived at settlement. They have filed the settlement deed which has been got verified through the learned 2025:BHC-AUG:3775-DB {2} 27 CrA NO.4021.2023 Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and the learned Registrar (Judicial) has filed report dated 13.12.2024. 3. As per the terms, one time maintenance has been given to the respondent No. 2. Learned Advocates appearing for the applicant as well as respondents No. 2 confirmed that the said amount has been deposited. In view of the fact that the matter had arisen out of matrimonial dispute and it has been settled. Respondent No. 2 is not having any objection for quashment of the proceedings. 4. We take this to be a fit case where we can exercise our powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Application therefore, stands allowed. The proceedings in R.C.C. No. 2507 of 2022 pending before the 5th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad arising out of Crime No. 0249 of 2022 registered with Pundlik Nagar Police Station on 06.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the IPC stands quashed and set aside against all the applicants namely applicant No. 1 Pravin Rajkumar Ambure, No. 2 Rajkumar Baburao Ambure, No. 3 Sangita Rajkumar Ambure, No. 4 Pooja {3} 27 CrA NO.4021.2023 Kaustubh Deepak, No. 5 Abhijit Sharad Bubane and No. 6 Priya Abhijeet Bubane.
