At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that Special Criminal Case (under the NDPS Act) No. -455/2022, Narcotics Control Bureau (N.C.B.), Zonal Unit, Indore through Investigating Officer, Regional Unit Indore (M.P.) Vs. Dileep Kumar Sahu and others has been decided, whereby, learned Special Court (N.D.P.S. Act), Kawardha, District Kabeerdham has convicted total six accused persons including present applicant – Ramkumar Prajapati for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) (ii)(c) of the Narcotic
2 Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, hence, this petition has become infructuous.
