Accordingly, all these three bail applications are being disposed of by a common order. 2. Heard the parties. 3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 292, 293, 318(4), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4, 5 &7 of the Immoral Trafficking Act, pending in the court of Sri Gautam Govinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 4. On 07.09.2025, at about 3:30 P.M., Lalpur police on the basis of confidential raided the premises of Om Girls Hostel located in Landmark Lane, Ranchi. It is alleged that racket of prostitution was being run from there. Several accused persons including these petitioners were apprehended from place of occurrence. 5. It was submitted that the all the petitioners are ladies and they were not found indulging in any illegal activity. It was further submitted that co-accused Bina Devi @ Kiran and Madhu Devi have been granted bail earlier by this Court vide B.A. No. 10146/2025. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Govinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Lalpur P.S.
