This misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR No. 191/2023 registered on 22.08.2023 at Police Station Laxmangarh (Sikar), District Sikar for offences punishable u/S 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC. 2. No one is present on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after thorough investigation, the allegations against the accused have not been found to be proved and final negative report has already been proposed as FR No. 98/2023 dated 16.12.2023. 4.
