Case No. 46 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 419, 420, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66 (C) and 66(D) of Information Technology Act, pending in the court of Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad. The accused persons had lured several persons to deposit money in their bank account on the pretext that they were selected on the basis of Government Scheme to be allotted a tractor. Later on, the accused persons decamped away with the said money. It was submitted that a victim has deposited about Rs.8,67,000/- in the account of the accused persons. It was further submitted that petitioner has remained in custody since 23.05.2025. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad, in connection with Cyber Crime P.S.
