1. This Court vide order dated 28.02.2025 has directed the SHO of Police Station Lalbagh, District Rajnandgaon to verify the factum of death of the applicant and also to submit his death certificate.
2. In compliance of said order, the SHO concerned has submitted memo dated 12.03.2025 before this Court through learned State counsel and verified the factum of death of the applicant on 28.12.2024 SAIFAN KHAN Digitally signed by SAIFAN KHAN Date: 2025.06.12 17:32:05 +0530

3. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the applicant informed that the LRs of the deceased-applicant are also not interested in further prosecuting this matter.
4. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter. Accordingly, the present CRR stands closed. However, this will not preclude the non-applicants to proceed in accordance for recovering the amount in question from the LRs of the deceased applicant.
