Therefore, without hearing the present petitioner to get impleaded, if the main writ petition is decided, it will prejudice the interest of the present petitioner for implead and therefore, his petition has to be ordered, is his contention. 3. In view of the said factual position where the present petitioner is the contractor in whose favour, the contract has already been given, he becomes the necessary party to be heard. 5.
