ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
order, or direction declaring the inaction of the Respondents in calling me to the 5th respondent police station for the purpose of settlement of civil disputes at the behest of Kandula Raja Mohan Reddy as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the well- established legal principles apart from being contrary to the provisions of the BNSS and provisions of constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondentsto call us to the police station and interfere with my life and liberty”

2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
