This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 14.01.2025 to the extent that the Applicant be released only on furnishing a personal bond and cash surety. 4. This Court, in Order dated 14.01.2025 passed in the present W.P. (CRL) 4030/2024 titled as ‘Ali Hasan @ Ali Hassan v. State of NCT of Delhi’ granted two (2) weeks furlough to the Applicant herein on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) This is a digitally signed order. The Applicant has stated in the present application that the Applicant was granted exemption from furnishing a surety by this Court vide Order dated 21.11.2023 passed in W.P. (CRL.) 2047/2023 titled as ‘Ali Hasan @ Ali Hassan v. State of NCT of Delhi’ and Order dated 10.05.2024 passed in W.P. (CRL) 1094/2024 titled as ‘Ali Hasan @ Ali Hassan v. State of NCT of Delhi’. 7. Issue notice. Learned ASC accepts notice. This Court has perused the Order dated 21.11.2023, which references to a communication dated 04.03.2020, whereby the Applicant herein was granted exemption from furnishing a surety, and this communication formed the basis for the issuance of the order dated 21.11.2023. 8. The Nominal Roll records that the Applicant was last released for furlough on 12.03.2020 which was converted into emergency parole due to Covid-19. 9. The Jail Superintendent is hereby directed to produce before this Court (i) the particulars of the surety furnished by the Applicant while availing the furlough granted on 12.03.2020; (ii) the communication dated 04.03.2020, as referred in the order dated 21.11.2023; and (iii) the details of the surety furnished by the Applicant while availing the furlough thrice in the year 2019.
