Heard Sri Panga Sivanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of petitioner in the present petition is that the police are not conducting investigation and not filing charge sheet in FIR No. 187 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that let there be a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation and file charge sheet. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according 4 to law as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already filed by this date. No order as to costs.
