Grievance of the petitioner is that his appeal against the order dated 20.01.2025 passed in Case Crime No. 0102 of 2024 (State Vs. Sunny alias Tota), Police State- Lohamandi, Commissionerate, Agra is pending before the Commissioner Agra Division, Agra and no interim order has been passed on the stay application and next date is fixed on 20.04.2025. He submits that in the absence of interim order the petitioner will not be able to pursue the appeal before the respondent no. 3 Commissioner Agra Division, Agra. 2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of directing to the Commissioner Agra Division, Agra to decide the appeal of the petitioner within a period of three months. The impugned order dated 20.01.2025 passed by the respondent no. 2, Police Commissioner, Commissionerate, Agra shall remain stayed till the decision of the appeal.
