ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 3RD Respondent in not concluding investigation in FIR No 945/2021 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 3RD respondent to file chargesheet in FIR no 945/2021 on the file of the 3RD Respondent Police Station.”
2. Heard Sri K.Chandra Sekhar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the respondent/police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.945 of 2021 and file a final report.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to conclude the investigation in the above crime and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not finalize the investigation by this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
