Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 121 of 2025 arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 304 of the B.N.S., 2023 and charge-sheet and cognizance has been submitted for the offence under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge- II, Seraikella-Kharsawan. 3. On 03.12.2024, unknown accused persons snatched away the bag of the informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that a broken tab is alleged to have recovered from the possession of the petitioner and co-accused person. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Nivaran Pradhan has been granted bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court, vide B.A. No. 6556 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Seraikella-Kharsawan, in connection with S.T. No. 121 of 2025 arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr. 04.11.2025
