By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking for the following reliefs:- “a. The Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ/order/direction of certiorari and mandamus directing the respondents authorities, specially, respondents no. 4 and 5 to comply the order passed by the Collector, Ambikapur, District Surguja, Chhattisgarh dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P/1) in its letter and spirit within a stipulated period of 30 days, in the ends of justice. b. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper be awarded in favor of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has been preferred only for an appropriate direction to the respondents specially to respondent no. 4 and 5 for complying the order passed by the Collector, Ambikapur, District Surguja, Chhattisgarh dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P/1) whereby ti has been directed to refund back the adjusted amount from the recovery made by the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 66,16,432/- by extending its contact period till 01.04.2023. 3. Learned counsel for the respective respondents raised no objection with regard to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. Counsel for respondent no. 2 and 4 stated that they are not going to file an appeal against the order passed by the Collector/respondent no. 3 vide order dated 30.12.2024. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties at length, perused the record with utmost circumspection. 3 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court directs respondent no. 2 and 4 to comply the order passed by the Collector, Ambikapur, District Surguja, Chhattisgarh/respondent no. 3 (Annexure P/01) in its letter and spirit within a stipulated time period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
