Mr. Vivek Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No.2 Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, prayed for the following relief:- “That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to acquire the land of the petitioners upon which construction, in the shape of sewerage tank, pipes and road, has been laid upon in accordance with law.” 2. In the light of the fact that seriously disputed question involved in this petition because the respondents are not admitting the contentions of the petitioner that sewerage line has been laid 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 22025:HHC:45136 down as alleged by the petitioner as the respondent state that the already existing sewerage line was replaced by laying down the new sewerage line, the parties will have to substantiate their respective contentions by leading cogent evidence, which cannot be done under Article 226. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
