Cuddapah District, inspite of the representation dated 03-03-2018 and 20-03-2018 and the recommendations dated 23-03-2018 by by the 4th Respondent, as arbitrary, illegal, against the principles of natural justice, and violates the articles of 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 4 and 5 to consider the case of the Petitioner for promotion to the post of Anganwadi Worker at Main Bazar Centre, Jammalamadugu.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that, in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 dated 17.07.2018, the Petitioner was promoted as Anganwadi Worker from Anganwadi Helper and hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3.
