Public Service Commission in connection with advertisement No. 1/2020-2021 dated 05.09.2020, for selection of 8 (Eight) Assistant Planner, Dept. No. [S-10/01] in Town and Country Planning Department, U.P. and the list of 131 candidates prepared by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission for eligibility checking (Annexure No. 7 & 8 of the writ petition) and also a mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2 to adopt method of selection in consonance with Rule 29 (3) of the Rules-2011 and the General Instructions provided in the advertisement as instruction number 7 vide advertisement No. 1/2020- 2021 dated 05.09.2020, for selection of 8 (Eight) Assistant Planner, Dept. No. [S-10/01] in Town and Country Planning Department, U.P, and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3.
