Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at Government High School Janglik, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, stated to be a hard area. His grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at aforesaid station, representation was preferred by him on 10.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) seeking transfer to a station of his choice, also indicating therein the adverse family -2- circumstances faced by him. Despite issuance of reminders dated 04.07.2025 and 28.08.2025, aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation dated 10.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable Transfer Policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
