The petitioner has challenged his transfer order dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P/1), whereby he has been transferred from Outline Dispensary, Tiur, Block Kharsia, District Raigarh to Veterinary Hospital, Aawapalli, District Bijapur on administrative exigency. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already remain posted at general scheduled area since 22.05.2008 and now he has been transferred to core scheduled area by the impugned transfer order, which is the violation of clause 2.1 of the transfer policy dated 03.06.2015, as also clause 3.6 of the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025. The petitioner is sole Assistant Veterinary Field Officer at Tiur, Block Kharsia, District Raigarh and by his transfer, the post of Assistant Veterinary Field Officer at Tiur remains vacant and no one is transferred on his place. He raised his grievances before the transfer committee on 14.07.2025, but the same has not been considered by the authorities till date, and therefore, the committee may be directed to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner within the stipulated time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that the transfer of the petitioner is strictly in accordance with law. However, he does not dispute that if a direction is being made to the committee constituted under clause 8 of the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025 to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, keeping in view the provisions of clause 2.1 of the transfer policy dated 03.06.2015 as well as clause 3.6 of the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, considering the grievance of the petitioner and also that he has already moved his representation on 14.07.2025 before the transfer committee constituted under clause 8 of the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025, the 3 transfer committee is directed to take a decision in accordance with the provisions of transfer policy dated 03.06.2015 as well as 05.06.2025 within a period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to the transfer committee within a week from today, and till then status quo shall be maintained by the parties with respect to the posting of the petitioner. 6.
