The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Birsa Nagar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1152 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Arvind Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. On 22.05.2022, at about 07:20 p.m., Birsa Nagar Police apprehended co- accused Vikash Gope and Sumit Mishra and on search, country-made pistol and cartridges were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of apprehended co-accused. It was finally submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Shiv Shankar Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Arvind Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Birsa Nagar P.S.
