Chatterjee, Advocate ---- 02/03.12.2025 The present Cr.M.P. has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4475 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 18.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4475 of 2025 the petitioner was provided privilege of anticipatory bail, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court within the stipulated period as proper sureties were not arranged by him. He submits that now sureties have been arranged and in view of that surrender time may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered within time. 4. The submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is disclosed in paragraph No.4 of the present Cr.M.P. and 2025:JHHC:36136 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 3124 of 2025 in that view of the matter two weeks further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court. 5. Order dated 18.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4475 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. 6. Rest of the conditions are kept intact. 7. This Cr.M.P. is disposed of. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
