The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lohardaga PS Case No.233 of 2024, for offence registered under sections 310(4), 310(5), 317(3) of BNS, 2023 and section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that from one place one loaded country made katta about 14.5 c.m, loaded with 1.15 mm cartridge, one mobile of VIVO company, one keypad mobile of Samsung company and cash of Rs.2,100/- and one lap-top of H.P. company were recovered and from possession of Rajendra Mahli one loaded country made katta 15 cm, loaded with 3.15 mm cartridge, one mobile phone of Realme 25-Y, one mobile of Oppo Silver colour and one Naquab of black colour were recovered. He further submits that allegations are made against this petitioner and those persons have taken the name of the petitioner. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there. 5. Considering that name of the petitioner has been taken by the co- accused persons against whom there is allegation of recovery of country made loaded katta, etc., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected and accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is, hereby, dismissed.
