02/ 11.12.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2025, registered under sections 126(2)/115(2)109/352/351(2) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant both are lawyers practicing in the Jamshedpur Civil Court. He further submits that informant had gone to the petitioner who happens to be Notary Public for certain affidavit for that some altercation took place. He then submits that injury has been found on the knee. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there.

Considering that petitioner and informant both are lawyers and informant had gone to the petitioner who happens to be Notary Public for certain affidavit for that some altercation took place, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is

directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
