The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 28 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih. 3. It is alleged that on 07.11.2023, Cyber Police, Giridih, raided the house of co-accused Harish Kumar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled there. Several co-accused persons were apprehended and from their possession, e-gadgets were recovered. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that several co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S.
