Learned counsel for the parties submit that the present contempt petition arises owing to non-implementation of the judgment dated 25.11.2024, passed by the Coordinate Bench. Vide which the orders of termination of the petitioner-appellant(s) were set-aside and they were directed to be taken back in service forthwith. 2. However, it is urged that in the Special Leave Petition No. 31447/2025 preferred by the respondents, the Supreme Court vide order dated 24.07.2025, while issuing notice, has also stayed the operation of the order and judgment dated 25.11.2024 (ibid). Accordingly, it is urged that let the proceedings in this petition be closed and the matter be Serial No. 35 2 CCP(D) No. 29/2025 IN LPA No. 209/2024 disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, post decision of the Supreme Court, if the occasion so arises. 3.
