This is an application seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Barbaruah P.S. Case No. 97/2025, which was subsequently, charge-sheeted vide Charge- Page No.# 2/2 Sheet No. 111/2025 dated 30.12.2025. However, the interim granted to the present petitioner was also extended till date. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuant to the order of this Court, the accused petitioner has already appeared before the learned Trial Court below, with an application for bail, which was considered and allowed the accused person to go on bail, executing a bond to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. 4. In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail application has already become infructuous and accordingly, stands disposed of.
