The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.165/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190 of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and for the same incident, both the sides have lodged the case against each other. He next submits that the allegations are also made on behalf of both the sides of receiving injuries. He also submits that the scuffle took place due the land dispute. He then submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents, as disclosed in paragraph 21 of this application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of assault and injuries are there. 5. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received injuries and further considering that the ( 2025:JHHC:38090 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 7219 of 2025 petitioners have got no criminal antecedents and it has been pointed out that due the land dispute, scuffle took place and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.165/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 18th December, 2025 Ajay/
