2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) and 84(C) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar.
3. On 02.05.2025, Cyber Police, Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Goremara Forest, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, a mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from his possession.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2025. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by the learned court below.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025.
