The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 384 & 387 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Manish Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 21.02.2024, rangdari was demanded by one Mayank Singh from the informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2025. It was also submitted that no money was transferred to the accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused Akash Sao has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Argora P.S.
