Sri Sanjeev Kumar Rathore, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri R. N. Srivastava, learned AGA for the State are present. 2. The instant revision is beyond time by 194 days. However, revisionist in para three of the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application made an averment that she is a widow lady and her daughter was raped by opposite party no.2 and she was not aware about legal procedure, therefore, she could not file the revision in time but ground taken by the revisionist in the delay condonation application for condoning the delay appears to be vague. Accordingly, the instant delay condonation application filed by the revisionist is hereby dismissed. Order on Criminal Revision As delay condonation application filed by the revisionist has already been dismissed, therefore, instant revision also stands dismissed as time barred.
