The order to furnish bail bonds, as required under Section 481 of BNSS, was passed on 10.09.2025, for appearing before Apex Court, in case some petition/appeal is preferred by the State. At this stage, learned Deputy Advocate General, under telephonic instructions received from District Attorney, Department of Home, has submitted that he has been communicated to inform that matter stands closed and judgment dated 10.09.2025 has not to be assailed further. Therefore, no further order is required. Accordingly, matter stands closed.
