When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner either in person or through a counsel. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the suit itself had been disposed of by a judgment and decree dated 27.11.2025 and had also placed a copy of the decree passed by the Court. 4.
