When the matter was listed on 06.01.2025, none appeared for the petitioner and even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3. Sri Y.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 to 9, stated that though this Court passed interim orders on 14.08.2012, while suspending the impugned order in the writ petition on condition of petitioner paying a sum of Rs.3,000/- per annum, no such amount was paid. So, necessary direction may be issued for payment of the same. As there is no representation for the petitioner, the writ petition 4. is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
