The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “1. It That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the Respondent No. 1 & 2 to destroy the records pertaining to petitioner's conviction as a juvenile in 113/2017 registered at P.S. Nawagarh, Dist.- Bemetara (C.G.). 2. That, this Hon'ble may kindly be pleased to direct Respondent. No. 3 to expedite the registration process and issue practicing certificate to the petitioner within stipulated time, where petitioner has already appeared and passed the All-India Bar Examination, XIX. 3. That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to pass an order granting adequate compensation to the petitioner in the lights of facts and circumstances of the case. 4. That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5.
